Tibyan is a product of Wathib Telecommunications & IT (“Wathib”, “we”, “us”), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit tebyan.sa or contact us about Tibyan.
Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to send us, for example your name, your office’s name, your email address, your phone number and anything you write to us when you ask for a demo or a proposal.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, to prepare a demo or a proposal, to set Tibyan up for your office if you go ahead, and to support you afterwards. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics services to understand how visitors use tebyan.sa and to improve it:
- Google Analytics 4, from Google, counts visits and shows which pages visitors read and how they found the site.
- Microsoft Clarity, from Microsoft, records how you use each page, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement.
Both use cookies and similar technologies, and both collect technical details such as your browser, device and approximate location. Neither runs unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, the site does not load them. We remember your choice in your browser, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google and Microsoft process this data on our behalf; see the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Fonts
The site’s typeface, Cairo, comes from Google Fonts. We host the font files on our own server, so loading the site does not send your information to Google.
Your office’s data in Tibyan
The cases, clients, documents and accounts your office keeps inside Tibyan are not covered by this policy. They are governed by the service agreement between your office and Wathib.
Protection
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Third parties
When you write to us by email, your message passes through email providers, whose handling of it is governed by their own policies. If you accept analytics cookies, Google and Microsoft handle the site’s analytics, as described under Cookies and analytics. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
